When I would meet up with friends to do things that required the internet but we were out and wanted to use Wi-Fi for free, we would go to Busboys and Poets, Mayorga, library, or wherever we could pick up some free Wi-Fi. Starbucks used to charge $2.99 – $4.99 just to use their wi-fi for 2 hours. I was definitely not paying to use Wi-Fi…it’s so many places to get it FOR FREE.
So now Starbucks is trying to compete with its competitors to bring us FREE Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi starts JULY 1st!
