The month of September was promising for me. I had the most Sunday’s off in a row ever! I definitely haven’t been wasting any of my Sunday’s. I had plans on hitting a brunch that I got a deal for on Gilt City. The mexican restaurant is called Casa Oaxaca (wa-Ha-ca). I probably walked pass this place over a million times and just didn’t pay attention.
I walked in a little earlier than my friend I was meeting. I got to scope out the small but cute spot. We had the choice of any breakfast entrée and unlimited mimosas, sangria, or bloody mary. They started us off with a sweet bread that could be dipped in jelly or butter but I dipped in both. It was delicious. I picked the breakfast burrito for my entrée and my friend got the steak with a side of eggs and potato hash. I don’t remember the exact name of her dish but that steak was the best steak I’ve had in a very long time. My burrito was delicious as well.
