…You make lemonade. Well the lemonade I got to make was behind a camera lens thanks to a photographer friend I’ve known since high school. I dyed my hair a new color and I also wanted to check out the Renwick Gallery and so here we were making magic in the museum. Lovely exhibit by the way. Afterwards we decided to change the look and use a white background. Enjoy some of my favorite photos from the shoot. Continue reading

Skin Bliss Review
I love skincare as some of you may know, I worked in skincare for 2 years. I love to try new products out. The new company is called Skin Bliss. This company noticed there was something missing in their skincare products when they moved to a new state. They were able to create Vegan beauty products for the skin. These products are not tested on animals nor do they contain parabens and toxins just to name a few about these new products. They are created by hand.
I got to test out the body scrub and the body frosting. I love the name body frosting because it actually feels like you are putting body frosting on your body. The Vanialla Beam scent is amazing. The scent does go away so feel free to put whatever perfume or scent you would like to wear that day because it will not over power it. You do, however feel moisturized the entire day which I was thoroughly impressed with. The Grapefruit scent of the body scrub was not my favorite which could be a personal opinion. The scrub was however amazing on my body and feet. I am usually on my feet for 8 hours if not longer a day so a nice scrub at night is like being at an at-home spa. I liked my results.
Definitely check out this brand and products. They do cost you $22 each but will last you for quite a while. You will not be disappointed. I would now need to check out the Key Lime Body Frosting. Yum!

Beauty Secret 101
Hey Guys and Gals,
If you all don’t know already, I work in the skincare industry and am always open to try various products in the market. There are some of us that shave, wax, or just don’t have a clue of how to get rid of those hairs that we wish didn’t exist in areas we would rather not talk about. LOL!
Well I am here to give a beauty secret and that is that I use a product that you use in the shower called Sally Hansen Brush-On-in-Shower. It is an odorless, painless hair remover that you leave on for about 3 minutess but can be lft on for no longer than 10 minutes which is usually the amount of time I leave it on (shhhh…keep it a secret…lol).
I got this product years ago and I fell in love with it the first time I used it. You have to leave this product on for 1 minute before getting in the shower on dry skin. The only tricky thing is that you have to get in the shower backwards because wherever the product is, it can’t get wet. You are supposed to rinse it off and not wipe but wiping I feel is more affective but be gentle.
The hair removal might last a week so waxing is probably the best option. But for something last minute like going to the beach, it’s perfect. I highly recommend it. I got mine from Ulta for about $8. Ulta sends me coupons all the time so you can probably get it cheaper. It is a must have for my essentials that I can’t live without.
